Currently our primary shipping provider is Fedex. However, Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you have a PO box we will of course send things by the US Postal Service. We strive to provide you with the least expensive shipping as we can. Fedex has agreed to assist us with providing the lowest rates they can for our customers. Sometimes, shipping software programs make mistakes.  Tony's Tactical will make every effort to send your item by the method you selected. However, we reserve the right to ship items with a different carrier or method should a problem arise with a software generated shipping quote. If you have any questions regarding a shipping quote, please contact Tony and he will personally verify it for you. Thank you for understanding.

Please note: If you need something next day or expedited shipping of any kind, Please send me a note or call me so I can make sure your order is processed to meet the shipping method you have chosen. Otherwise, it could be a couple of days before your order is shipped.

If your item is for an international address, Please Contact Me First. The shipping calculator does not work properly for this application. In addition, not all items are for export. Thank you for your understanding.

If you feel the need to return an item, please contact us first. We strive to give you the best service possible. We would like to discuss with you any issue you may have prior to the return. Items returned without a prior authorization, may not get processed correctly due to missing information. Please contact Tony with any issue you may have in order to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Remember that water filters and related products are not returnable.
