Use these Woodland Molle Waistbelts to upgrade your alice pack or replace that worn out one on your current molle pack. Make your own "hellcat" with this component.

This belt can be attached directly to your ALICE pack. It helps distribute the weight and take some of the load off your shoulders. Your back will love you for adding this piece of gear.
